There is another version of this diet, designed for rapid results. Its duration is only three days, during which you can eat one and a half kilograms of green apples without heat treatment. Moreover, the last fruit should be eaten no later than 20-00. Only regular water is allowed from the liquid. In this version, it is not allowed to indulge yourself even with unsweetened tea.
