What is drying?

So, drying is a series of specific measures (certainly complex) aimed at reducing the amount of subcutaneous fat. When burning subcutaneous fat, muscle mass does not suffer, but, on the contrary, is worked out, which allows you to gain relief. Everything seems to be simple, but there are many features.
How does all this happen?
How is fat burning during drying? It is worth delving into the essence of this process a little. Carbohydrates are important substances from which the body can obtain the energy it needs for its work. The consumption of energy obtained in this way can flow in different ways, everything will depend on the characteristics of a person, on his complexion, lifestyle and nutrition.
But almost always glucose is involved in the process, which, by the way, is formed during the breakdown of carbohydrates (this breakdown occurs during digestion). If a large amount of carbohydrates enters the body, then the amount of glucose will naturally increase. And it, in turn, will accumulate in muscle fibers and tissues, as well as in liver cells.
This will generate glycogen. And if carbohydrates continue to flow in unlimited quantities, then glycogen will begin to be deposited, and glucose will begin to convert fat, the same, in turn, will rush into all your problem areas: in the buttocks, abdomen, thighs, and so on.
It is worth noting that everything is fixable! So, if there is a glucose deficiency, then the body’s work changes somewhat. He will begin to receive energy from glycogen. But it’s worth noting right away that you can’t completely give up glucose!

Body drying can be done for both men and women. If you have an excessive amount of fat, then this method is ideal for you. But it’s worth noting right away that you shouldn’t overdo it! So, the female body is more susceptible to some changes than the male.

The proportions are something like this: 50% protein, 30% carbohydrates and 20% fat
- 2 week. Give up salt. Vegetables, lean meat, fish, seafood, kefir are allowed. There is 1 gram of carbohydrates per kilogram of weight. Approximate proportions: 80% protein, 20% fat.
- 3 week. Eat egg white, boiled meat, dairy products, vegetables. There are 0.5 grams of carbohydrates per kilogram of weight. If you feel worse, you can drink sweet juice.
- 4 week. It can be the same as the second or third.
- Week 5 is the same as the first.
The menu may include chicken fillet, fish, seafood, low-fat dairy products, vegetables (broccoli, cucumbers, tomatoes), fruits (for example, grapefruits or green apples), cereals and cereals, vegetable oils (in moderation). And from sweets, flour, fatty, smoked, fried, spicy, salty and pickled should be discarded.
Several principles of proper nutrition:
- Eat often (5-6 times a day), but little by little.
- Better to consume carbohydrates in the morning.
- Never forget breakfast!
- Do not eat at night! You can drink a glass of kefir before bed if you feel hungry.
A special training program is, in fact, not required. You can do your usual exercises, but more intensely, increasing the load. For example, push-ups, leg swings, squats are effective. Include power loads in the complex of classes.
Don’t forget about aerobic exercise, too.
Running, cycling, swimming is useful. You can also visit the gym. But remember that you should devote at least 40 minutes to each workout. Classes can be held every other day.
