Diet for 3 days

The number of products can be changed depending on your appetite, but you cannot exceed the maximum – 1 liter of kefir and 0.5 kg of cottage cheese.

Curd + fruit for slimness

You can adhere to such a food system for 5-7 days. The best fruits for weight loss are apples, oranges, grapefruits, pineapples. Every day you can afford to eat up to 1 kg of these treats paired with a portion of cottage cheese (up to 100 g).

For a better cleansing effect, it is advised to add 1-2 tsp of pre-steamed bran and the same amount of honey to the fermented milk product. You can drink kefir or fermented baked milk.

To diversify the diet a little, it is allowed to make casseroles.

Apples + cottage cheese

An apple is a very healthy fruit, especially for those who want to lose those extra pounds. They perfectly cleanse the body, contain a minimum of calories and improve digestion.

The apple-curd diet is designed for a week. At this time, it is allowed to eat up to 200 g of cottage cheese, 1-2 kg of green apples per day and drink 1.5 liters of liquid (water, tea, kefir).
